From awareness to appropriate action.
The Who Will Act? Framework is designed to help a person identify where they are now, what is helping or limiting action, and what next step is realistic within their actual capacity. The app operationalizes the framework developed by ELIYAHU.
What it measures
The Who Will Act? Assessment (WWA-2.0) examines five domains: Personal Formation, Relational and Community Readiness, Truth and Public Responsibility, Stewardship of the Wider World, and Sustained Hope and Action.
It does not measure moral worth, political ideology, religious correctness, or whether a person is “good.”
What makes it different
Many assessments end with a label. Who Will Act? treats the result as a starting point. A deterministic recommendation engine combines assessment patterns with optional capacity preferences to propose actions for today, this week, this month, and the next 90 days.
The governing principle
You are not responsible for everything. You are responsible for discovering what is yours to do, and beginning.
