Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of Who Will Act?, a service operated by JusticeDR, LLC DBA PNW Promos.
1. Eligibility
Who Will Act? is intended only for people age 18 or older. By using the assessment or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2. What the service provides
Who Will Act? provides the Who Will Act? Assessment, Action Profile, Action Map, Action Pathways, Action Plan, Progress Checks, and Reassessment tools. It provides deterministic assessment results, capacity-aware recommendations, reflection tools, progress tracking, and optional account continuity. Features may change as the service develops.
3. Not professional advice
The service does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other regulated professional advice. Results do not diagnose a condition, determine moral worth, or guarantee an outcome. If you need professional or emergency assistance, use an appropriate qualified provider or emergency service.
4. Responsible use
You agree not to use the service to facilitate unlawful conduct, violence, harassment, discrimination, fraud, unauthorized access, exploitation, or other harmful activity. Recommendations are invitations for lawful, proportionate, nonviolent, and context-sensitive action; you remain responsible for deciding whether any action is safe, legal, and appropriate where you are.
5. Accounts and security
An account is optional for the core local assessment. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under the account. You may export or permanently delete your account using the controls provided in the product.
6. Local and cloud data
Some product data is stored locally in your browser unless you choose to sync it to an account. Cloud sync is explicit rather than automatic. See the Privacy Policy for details about categories of data, retention, processors, and deletion.
7. Paid features, subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Paid web features are processed by Stripe. One-time purchases and recurring subscriptions are charged at the price shown at checkout. Introductory offers are limited to eligible first purchases. The current launch offer prices the first Expanded Report at $2.99, Advanced monthly at $3.99 per month for the first 12 months and then $8.99 per month, or Advanced annual at $29.99 for the first year and then $69.99 per year. Advanced subscriptions renew automatically at the then-applicable renewal price until canceled. Subscription management, payment-method updates, and cancellation are provided through the Stripe Customer Portal. Permanently deleting a Who Will Act? account cancels any linked active Advanced subscription immediately before the account is deleted.
Expanded Report purchases are generally non-refundable after a paid report has been successfully generated and delivered. Refunds may be provided for duplicate charges or a technical failure in which a paid report was not successfully delivered, and refunds or cancellation rights will also be honored where required by applicable law.
Advanced subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Unless a different rule is displayed at purchase or required by applicable law, cancellation prevents future renewal and access continues through the already-paid billing period. Already-started billing periods are generally not prorated or refunded, except for duplicate charges, material technical failure, or non-waivable consumer rights.
Applicable taxes, if any, may depend on customer location and JusticeDR, LLC DBA PNW Promos's registration obligations.
8. Intellectual property
The service, Who Will Act? Framework, software, branding, explanatory content, and curated action materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use your own results and exports for personal use. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the underlying service or assessment materials.
9. Availability and changes
The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, and particular features may be unavailable in some places. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by a new version date and, where appropriate, renewed acceptance.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not permit to be waived.
11. Operator, governing law, and notices
Who Will Act? is operated by JusticeDR, LLC DBA PNW Promos. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Privacy, support, and formal notice communications may be sent to pnwpromos@proton.me. Any dispute must be brought in a court or forum of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
