Cancellation and refunds
Expanded Report purchases are generally non-refundable after successful report generation, except for duplicate charges, technical failure, or rights required by law. Advanced subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the Customer Portal; cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues through the paid period.
