Privacy Policy
Who Will Act? is operated by JusticeDR, LLC DBA PNW Promos. The service is designed to minimize collection, keep the core assessment local-first, and make cloud storage optional.
Operator and privacy contact
JusticeDR, LLC DBA PNW Promos operates Who Will Act? and is the controller of app-side personal data to the extent applicable law assigns that role. Privacy and support inquiries may be sent to pnwpromos@proton.me.
Adult-only service
The service is intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not ask for or store a date of birth. Instead, users attest that they are at least 18 before beginning the assessment or creating an account.
Data stored locally
By default, Who Will Act? Assessment answers, capacity preferences, Action Plan choices, Progress Checks, practice-pulse history, and related settings are stored in your browser. Local data remains there until you delete it, clear site/browser storage, replace it with a compatible import, or remove the browser profile or device data.
Optional account data
If you create an account, the service processes your email address, authentication records, policy-acceptance record, account profile, and any assessment history, capacity profile, Action Plan state, Progress Checks, progress records, or reports that you explicitly sync or generate through account features.
Why we process data
Data is used to authenticate accounts, provide requested assessment and continuity features, protect the service, support exports and deletion, maintain entitlements, and operate features you choose to use. Country, language, time-zone, safety, connectivity, and optional locality context may shape recommendations but do not change WWA-2.0 scoring.
Service providers
The web application uses Vercel for hosting/deployment and Supabase for authentication and optional cloud data storage. A configured transactional email/SMTP provider is used for account confirmation and recovery email. Stripe processes web payments, subscriptions, billing details, and related fraud/payment information when paid features are enabled. These providers process information subject to their applicable terms and data-protection commitments.
Retention
Cloud account data is retained while the account remains active or until you delete the account or specific data through available controls. Self-service account deletion removes the Auth user and cascades deletion through user-owned live application records. Copies that exist temporarily in infrastructure backups, security logs, or disaster-recovery systems may remain for the provider's normal retention cycle and are not available through ordinary application access. Stripe or other payment providers may retain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and accounting records for periods required by law or their compliance obligations even after the WWA account is deleted.
Export and deletion
You can export or delete local data from Settings. Signed-in users can export cloud data and permanently delete their account from Account. The application uses row-level security so authenticated users can access only their own user-owned cloud records.
Analytics, advertising, and location
The current build does not include an advertising SDK or product-analytics SDK. Precise location is not required. Optional location text may be provided to improve resource matching. If analytics or additional tracking is introduced later, this policy and the relevant consent controls will be updated first.
International processing
The service is intended for worldwide access, and infrastructure providers may process data in countries different from your own. Cross-border processing is subject to applicable law and the data-protection terms and transfer mechanisms offered by the relevant service providers.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal data. The product provides direct export and deletion controls. You may also contact JusticeDR, LLC DBA PNW Promos at pnwpromos@proton.me for privacy-related requests.
Changes
Material policy changes will receive a new version date. Where a change materially affects account processing or contractual terms, renewed acceptance may be requested.
