LANGUAGES · VALIDITY BEFORE SCALE

Worldwide use requires more than translating words.

The product architecture is multilingual and RTL-ready, but WWA-1.0 is currently authored and scored in English. A translated assessment is not marked available until its wording has been reviewed for conceptual equivalence and piloted.

Translation release gate

  1. Professional translation from the controlled English source.
  2. Independent bilingual review for conceptual equivalence.
  3. Cognitive interviews or comprehension testing with target-language users.
  4. Item-level pilot analysis for unexpected shifts in response patterns.
  5. Versioned publication with the same question IDs and scoring keys.
Right-to-left support is part of the layout architecture.Arabic is already tagged RTL in the locale registry, and CSS uses logical inline properties so translated interfaces can mirror cleanly when Arabic is formally released.
